Credit the team, own the decision
“Led the team that…” or “Partnered with design and engineering to…” is honest about how products ship and still shows your role.
Use the metric the business cares about
Retention, revenue, activation and cost are more persuasive than output like “shipped 12 features”.
Show judgment by what you said no to
A bullet about cutting scope or killing a project with data behind it signals prioritization, one of the skills PM interviews test hardest.
Mirror the product type
