Why we built it
Most resumes are skimmed in seconds, often after an applicant tracking system (ATS) has already filtered them. Good candidates get passed over because their resume lists duties instead of results, misses the keywords recruiters search for, or uses a layout the software can’t read.
Professional resume writers fix this, but they’re expensive and slow. Generic AI chatbots are fast, but they tend to invent achievements and flatten everyone into the same voice.
NovaCV sits in between. It reviews your CV the way a senior recruiter would, rewrites it for the specific role you want using only what’s true, and gives you a polished, ATS-ready PDF.
