Is Technical ATS-friendly?
A two-column layout. Most modern applicant tracking systems read it correctly, and NovaCV outputs it as real text in a sensible order, but some older systems can mix the columns together. For big-company or government portals, Minimal ATS or Aurora is the safer choice.
Tips for writing in Technical
- Group skills by type and list the ones in the job post first.
- Put metrics in your bullets: latency, uptime, cost, users, deploy frequency.
